Biography:
Frank Cappello holds a Masters degree in painting and printmaking from The State University of New York at Oswego. He studied art history at the University of Pisa as part of his undergraduate studio art program, also at Oswego. Cappello has been teaching visual arts at The Lab School of Washington for 20 years. He has taught all grade levels at the school but has spent most of his time there teaching painting, drawing, ceramics, and printmaking in the junior and senior high schools. Ten years ago he designed and created the school’s state of the art digital photography program and is the sole curriculum coordinator and instructor of photography at Lab.
