Biography:

Earl Harris-Nicholls is a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 30 years of in various environments, including foster care/adoption, mental health, and forensic psychiatry. Over the course of her career, she has provided training on mental health topics, prevention of sexual misconduct, and stress management. She is currently employed as Director of Counseling at Commonwealth Academy, Alexandria, Virginia.
